The Silly Stuff:
Nora Moutrane (a NYC-based performer) grew up on the North Shore of Long Island, but really only has a Long Island accent when she says “Bad” and “Awesome.” She thanks her Moroccan father for this. She has been dancing, singing, and acting in theatrical productions and on film sets forEVA, and wouldn’t have it any other way. She has recently embraced her “hot mess express” tendencies, and continues to remind herself that excellence is not found in perfection. She also enjoys free-style dancing around her tiny apartment (especially when she’s alone) to whatever the latest pop song is. Currently, she’s enjoying Zedd’s The Middle.

The Serious Stuff:
Nora has studied with a lot of great people. She majored in theatre and dance at Northwestern University and attended a variety of intensive summer performing arts programs (Broadway Theatre Project, Walnut Hill Performing Arts School, Belvoir Terrace, etc.). She studied Meisner and Stanislavski, and currently studies acting with Ken Schatz. She dances at Peridance Capezio Center, STEPS, Broadway Dance Center and the Alvin Ailey School. She has taken private voice with Randy Buescher, Deric Rosenblatt, David Sabella, and presently Susan Eichhorn Young.
